In his 30-year career in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical industries, Musselman has become a noted expert in clinical drug development, cost management, and outsourcing, having managed numerous global phase II-III clinical trials across multiple therapeutic disciplines. Prior to joining ClearTrial, he served as Senior Director, R&D Contract Management and Procurement for G.D. Searle (Pfizer). Musselman has more than 10 years’ experience specifically within the CRO industry, having been Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Springborn Laboratories (SCIREX), Director of Business Development at G.H.Besselaar (Covance). and before that a founding member of Clinical Research International, now part of Kendle Research.
