100-PLN1 - Introduction to ClearTrial PLAN

Introduction to ClearTrial PLAN is the first training course in the ClearTrial training program. This course provides an overview to the basic clinical operations planning, outsourcing and budgeting functions that the software helps you perform.

The course is intended for life sciences professionals who are new to the ClearTrial software and are responsible for planning, budgeting and outsourcing clinical studies.

100-PLN1 covers basic operations of the software and how it supports the following business functions:

• Annual planning and study budgeting for clinical studies
• Refining annual budgets during the budget iteration process
• Generating Request-For-Proposal (RFP) documents
• Sponsor / service provider negotiations
• Introduction to planning more complex studies such as endpoint studies
• Using different outsourcing models

  • Geographically aligned outsourcing (for global studies)
