Technical Requirements

Implementation of ClearTrial is fast and with little impact on your IT and business operations.

Outlined below are the supported platforms and system requirements to run the ClearTrial® v3.x software products as of April 17, 2010.

Technical Notes:
  • 1ClearTrial requires an SSL connection to the Internet over port 443. Users of proxy servers may need to configure their proxy (and/or browsers) to allow ClearTrial to bypass the proxy if the proxy causes issues with SSL connections. From your browser, if you are using a proxy server to access the web, then add ClearTrial as an exception as follows: In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet options, Connections, LAN settings, Advanced, Exceptions, and type https://secure.cleartrial.com to the end of the string of exceptions.
