Technical Notes:
- 1ClearTrial requires an SSL connection to the Internet over port 443. Users of proxy servers may need to configure their proxy (and/or browsers) to allow ClearTrial to bypass the proxy if the proxy causes issues with SSL connections. From your browser, if you are using a proxy server to access the web, then add ClearTrial as an exception as follows: In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet options, Connections, LAN settings, Advanced, Exceptions, and type https://secure.cleartrial.com to the end of the string of exceptions.
